Architectural Technologist - St. Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical drawings and specifications for architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and compliant with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Develop project specifications and coordinate with suppliers for materials
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist with project coordination
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility
- Review and analyze building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in Russian (both written and spoken)

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract job - No English required. Own visa/permit required.
