Moderator for International Online Community


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Moderator to join our international online community team in Vilnius. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and facilitating discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all members. This position is suitable for men and does not require English language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions within the online community to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Facilitate conversations and engage with members to foster a sense of community
- Investigate any reported issues or violations of community guidelines
- Work closely with other Moderators to maintain consistency across the platform
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to improve the overall user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement new features

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Moderator or Community Manager in an online setting
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Indian languages is preferred but not required

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. However, it is open to candidates of any nationality who are able to work without accommodation and have visa sponsorship.
