Moderator for English Speaking Online Community in Vilnius


We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Moderator to join our growing online community in Vilnius. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our English speaking members from all over the world, including Nepali and Kenyan nationals. Your role will involve monitoring discussions, responding to inquiries and concerns, and promoting respectful communication among members. This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours, making it ideal for students or individuals looking for an additional income.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional proficiency in Nepali or Kenyan languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a professional tone
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and social media platforms
- Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and interactions within the online community
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and concerns
- Enforce community guidelines and promote respectful communication among members
- Identify and report any inappropriate behavior or content
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing engagement within the community

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month. The exact amount will be based on your qualifications, experience, and language proficiency.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius but may require occasional remote work.
