Experienced Gardener in Jerusalem


We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and landscapes of our clients in the city. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants
- Using gardening tools and equipment properly to ensure efficient and safe work
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Watering plants and ensuring proper irrigation systems are in place
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming
- Keeping gardens free from debris and maintaining a clean appearance
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pest infestations
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific gardening needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role is required
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs commonly found in Jerusalem
- Ability to use gardening tools safely and efficiently
- Strong physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects or working in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in English
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal education or certification in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not required
- Experience working on residential gardens or commercial landscapes is an asset
