We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Siauliai. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and includes accommodation. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the construction of buildings, roads, and other structures using concrete materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and setting up scaffolding
- Mix concrete according to specifications and pour it into forms
- Smooth and level concrete using tools such as trowels, screeds, and float blades
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining or polishing to create desired textures or patterns
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Install reinforcement materials such as rebar or wire mesh prior to pouring concrete
- Repair and maintain existing concrete structures as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with concrete in construction or related field
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and use power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in concrete finishing or masonry work
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as cement mixers or power saws
