Barista - Part Time (Porto, Portugal)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a part-time basis in Porto, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and other beverages for our customers while providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and has a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies
- Ensure quality control by following proper drink recipes and presentation standards
- Take customer orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including equipment, workstations, and seating areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and employees
- Stock supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this part-time position.
