Typesetter (Part-time)

We are in search of a skilled Typesetter to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have experience in typesetting and must possess a biometric passport. This position is open to both men and women.

As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for setting type and arranging text and images for various print materials such as books, magazines, brochures, and other marketing materials. You will work closely with the design team to ensure that all materials are visually appealing and error-free.

Responsibilities:
- Set type according to design specifications
- Arrange text and images in a visually appealing manner
- Proofread content for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Collaborate with designers to ensure consistency in design across all materials
- Prepare files for print production
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Typesetter
- Proficiency in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A biometric passport is mandatory for this position

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We offer competitive compensation of 1300$ per month.
