We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team for full-time employment in Randers, Denmark. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying plaster, and finishing the surface with tools such as trowels or sanders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster or debris
- Mix plaster according to specific proportions
- Apply plaster evenly and smoothly using various techniques
- Use tools such as trowels and sanders to achieve desired finish
- Repair any imperfections or cracks in the plaster
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in the construction industry
- Proficient in using various tools and techniques for applying plaster
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with excellent manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures in construction
