Experienced Barista (English Speaking) in Doha, Qatar


Are you an experienced Barista looking for a job in the bustling city of Doha? Our café is seeking a talented and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to our menu and customers' requests
- Ensure the quality of coffee and other drinks by following proper brewing techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, counters, tables, and seating areas
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately using our POS system and handle payments efficiently
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours
- Attention to detail in preparing drinks with consistency
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art techniques is preferred

Working Hours: Part-time (25 hours/week), flexible shifts including weekends.

Salary: $1400/month (tax-free) + tips + transportation allowance.
