Machine Operator
Location: Nakuru, Kenya


A leading manufacturing company in Nakuru is looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating various types of machinery and equipment, preferably in the manufacturing industry. This is a contract position and we prefer candidates from Egypt.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to instructions and specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic operational issues
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Record production data and report any issues or discrepancies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of machinery and equipment used in manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and instructions
- Basic understanding of production procedures and standards
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
