We are in need of a skilled Plasterer/Finisher to join our team in Shan. As a Plasterer/Finisher, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishes to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You must have experience in the plastering industry and be able to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents
- Measure and mix plaster ingredients according to specific formulas
- Apply coats of plaster using trowels, floats, or spray guns
- Smooth out rough spots and create desired textures using hand tools or mechanical equipment
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety procedures when handling materials and using tools

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer/Finisher
- Proficient in various types of plaster finishes (e.g. smooth, textured)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary:
Starting salary at $1400 per month with potential for increase based on performance.
