Entry Level Machine Operator


We are hiring an Entry Level Machine Operator to join our team in Lisbon. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Inspect parts for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Monitor machines during operation and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain production records
- Clean and maintain machines on a regular basis
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of machine operations preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed

Compensation:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of 1100$, which can increase with experience. We also offer accommodation, as well as a free visa and ticket for non-EU citizens.
