As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Horsens, Denmark. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs and budget of our clients. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to develop designs that are both practical and innovative.

Responsibilities:
- Create design concepts for commercial buildings based on client requirements
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into designs
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers to ensure project feasibility and adherence to building codes
- Oversee construction process to ensure design specifications are followed
- Visit construction sites to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Denmark
