We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process and adjust oven temperatures or other factors as needed
- Decorate and finish baked goods with icings, glazes, or toppings
- Ensure all products are baked to high quality standards
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
- Knowledge of different types of doughs, batters, and baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work with precision
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs.
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Indian nationality preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply
