We are seeking a skilled and creative Baker to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats, as well as a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer requests
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately, following proper techniques and ratios
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure quality and consistency
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, toppings, or other decorative elements
- Keep work area clean and organized, following proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Baker is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while also being creative in developing new flavors or designs
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
