Puncher - Metal Fabrication



We are currently seeking an experienced Puncher to join our team in Osijek. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced metal fabrication company.

As a Puncher, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain various metal punching machines, ensuring that all products are produced to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for setting up the machine, selecting the appropriate tooling, and making any necessary adjustments throughout the production process.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a Puncher in a metal fabrication environment. You should have strong technical skills and be able to read and interpret technical drawings. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.

This position also requires physical strength and stamina, as you will be required to lift heavy metal sheets and operate various machinery throughout the day. Basic mathematical skills are also important as you will need to make precise measurements and calculations.
