Warehouse Operations Assistant - Kaunas, Lithuania


As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely operation of our warehouse in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving and storing incoming goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving and storing incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations
- Assist with periodic inventory counts as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the warehouse

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics or warehousing is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a warehouse setting preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills such as data entry and use of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Kaunas or willing to relocate.
