Waiter/Waitress - Los Angeles, USA


We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress in our busy restaurant located in the vibrant city of Los Angeles. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to our guests while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check-in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events
- Handle payment transactions accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
