Part-Time Librarian in Bayan, India


We are seeking a part-time Librarian to join our library team in Bayan, India. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for organizing and managing library materials, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and promoting library services to the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain library materials including books, periodicals, and digital resources
- Assist patrons with research and reference inquiries
- Promote library services through outreach programs and events
- Create displays and promotional materials to highlight library resources
- Process new materials into the library collection using cataloging systems
- Provide assistance with technology resources such as computers and printers
- Collaborate with other librarians to plan and implement programs for all ages

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred
- Prior experience working in a library setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patrons of all ages
- Knowledge of cataloging systems and technology resources used in libraries

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
