Job Title: Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Albena. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, locations of structures, and other important information for construction or development projects. Your duties will include using specialized equipment and software, analyzing data, and creating detailed reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid work visa for Albena (sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:
