Junior JAVA Developer


We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java programming language. You will work closely with our senior developers to design, code, test, and debug applications while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software applications using Java programming language
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and debug software solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in software development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of Java programming language and object-oriented design principles
- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred
- Good problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
