Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy rates by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You must have experience in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will also have a biometric passport, as this position may require international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and increase revenue
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities
- Plan and attend tradeshows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly to meet or exceed goals
- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related role
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and market trends
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Biometric passport for potential international travel
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Location: Esbjerg, Denmark
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
