We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to, maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security of our data.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network and system administration
- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of all hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure the security of all data by implementing proper protocols and procedures.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Develop strategies for optimizing the company's use of technology to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
