Heavy Equipment Operator - Akron, USA


We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with construction and maintenance projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors, sometimes in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Use various attachments and tools on heavy equipment to complete tasks such as grading, digging, and lifting
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand job site plans and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per week. We also offer benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
