Sales Representative - Karachi, Pakistan

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company policies
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
