IT Support Technician



We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Herning. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving any hardware and software issues they may encounter. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first level technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Set up new user accounts and assist with password resets
- Ensure timely resolution of IT requests within agreed SLAs
- Keep accurate records of all support activities in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and software applications
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:
-Network+ or A+ certification
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Degree in Computer Science or related field

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm.

Location: Herning, Denmark.

Salary: 1600$ per month.
