IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients and colleagues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service abilities. You will work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions, as well as provide training and guidance on various software and hardware systems. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of computer systems and networks, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical problems. This position may require occasional travel to client sites in the Herning area.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex technical problems
- Train and assist users on various software programs
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Keep accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Flexibility to occasionally travel to client sites in the Herning area
