Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Khor
We are hiring an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the overall success of our restaurant. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to provide guests with exceptional service and delicious food.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and develop staff to maintain high quality standards and ensure a positive work environment
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to plan menus and specials that meet customer preferences and budgetary guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback, address concerns, and set goals for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Must be an Indian national or have extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
