Executive Chef: International Cuisine (Moscow)
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for international cuisine to join our team in Moscow. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menu items that showcase international flavors and cater to both Pakistani and African palates.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste through proper training and supervision of kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory and control costs by implementing efficient ordering systems.
- Maintain high sanitation standards in the kitchen according to local regulations.
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or themed menus.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisine, specifically Pakistani and African dishes.
- Ability to manage a team and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus).
- Valid work permit for Moscow.
Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
