Indian Cuisine Chef


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Moscow. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes to meet the tastes and preferences of our diverse clientele. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes
- Create new and innovative recipes while staying true to traditional flavors
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and providing feedback
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create new menu items or specials
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine with the ability to create new, unique recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Moscow

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Culinary school or relevant certification is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
Moscow
