Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Ashdod. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing the actual construction work.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Oversee the selection and hiring of contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers.
- Monitor progress of construction projects, ensuring that work is being completed according to plans and specifications.
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
- Resolve any conflicts or problems that may arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided for this position. However, we do offer free visa processing and ticket for eligible candidates.
