Bilingual Moderator
As a Bilingual Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring online communities and forums in order to ensure they adhere to our company's policies and guidelines. You will act as a point of contact for users, addressing any issues or concerns they may have while also enforcing community rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums in both English and the native language.
- Respond to user inquiries, comments, or concerns in a timely manner.
- Enforce community policies and guidelines to maintain a positive and safe environment.
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to develop strategies for improving community engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, user behavior, and community needs.
- Provide regular reports on community activity, user feedback, and any potential issues.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and the native language (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Knowledge of online community management best practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, chat rooms, and other online communication channels.
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues or conflicts within the community.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service or moderation is preferred.
Location:
This position is based in Herzliya but can also be done remotely from anywhere within the country. Non-native speakers are welcome to apply.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month depending on experience.
