Seasonal Truck Driver in Os, Norway


We are hiring a seasonal truck driver to join our team in Os, Norway. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations within the country. This is a seasonal position, with the potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a commercial motor vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers
- Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately
- Keep track of inventory and report any issues or discrepancies
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle before and after each trip

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must have own visa/work permit for Norway
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per week. In addition, we offer transportation allowances and accommodation options for drivers who do not reside in Os.
