A well-established construction company in Herning is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to oversee all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or changes needed for successful completion
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers as needed
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
