Online Consultant (Funchal, Portugal)



We are hiring an Online Consultant to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients via various virtual communication channels.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance through online channels
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues
- Guide clients through our products and services, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with clients
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as email, chat, video conferencing, etc.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of biometric passports is preferred but not required

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.
