Administrative Director - Kenya
As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our company in Kenya. You will work closely with our team to ensure efficient and effective administrative support, while also playing a key role in developing and implementing organizational strategies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, located in Medina.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the administrative team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Monitor budget and expenses related to administrative operations
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts that may arise within the department or with external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a leadership position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and regulations is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others
