CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal and plastic parts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with precision equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain machines by cleaning and performing basic maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Keep accurate records of production and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNC Operator
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred:
- Experience working with both metal and plastic materials
- Knowledge of G-code programming
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
