Merchandiser Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser Manager to join our team in Eldoret. As a Merchandiser Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and display of products in our retail stores. You will work closely with suppliers, sales teams, and store managers to ensure that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to attract customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product orders
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer preferences and trends
- Create attractive product displays that enhance the customer experience
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Create seasonal merchandise plans based on market trends and customer demand
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
- Knowledge of retail merchandising techniques and strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis purposes
- Ability to travel to different store locations as needed

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Eldoret, Kenya

Nationality: Egyptian (preferred)
