Office Assistant
Location: Vejle, Denmark
We are in need of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule meetings and appointments for office staff
- Create and maintain filing systems for both electronic and paper documents
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Help coordinate travel arrangements for office staff when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own visa to work in Denmark
Salary: 1400$ per month
