Sales Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare timely sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry (preferably in the Philippines)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Fluent in English (Filipino language skills is an advantage)
