We are currently seeking a skilled Barber to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting and styling services to our diverse clientele. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation and a free visa and ticket provided. We welcome applications from women who are passionate about the art of barbering.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to determine their desired haircut or style
- Provide hair cutting, shaving, and styling services using various tools and techniques
- Recommend hair care products to clients based on their hair type and needs
- Keep work station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current trends and techniques in the barbering industry
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a friendly manner
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, styles, and products
- Ability to use barbering tools effectively and safely
- Creativity and attention to detail in providing unique haircuts and styles for each client
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred:
- Fluent in Russian or other languages spoken in Izhevsk
- Certification or training from an accredited barber school
- Experience working with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
