As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. You will also be responsible for overseeing the team's progress, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the team stays on track with project timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of individuals in completing projects on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination between teams
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Identify training needs and provide coaching or development opportunities as needed
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, budget, and resources
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
