We are hiring an experienced Elevator Installer to join our team in Herzliya. In this position, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing elevators in residential and commercial buildings. Your duties will include reading blueprints, assembling elevator parts, wiring electrical components, and conducting safety inspections.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and experience working with elevators. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. This position requires physical strength and stamina as well as attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of elevator components
- Install elevator parts such as rails, cables, motors, and control panels
- Wire electrical components according to specifications
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with building codes
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in elevators
- Perform routine maintenance on elevators to keep them operating efficiently
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with elevators
- Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as an Elevator Technician or similar qualification
- Biometric passport for foreigners applying from outside Israel

Salary: $1800 per month
