Senior Architectural Manager - Os, Norway

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Manager to join our growing team in Os, Norway. As the Senior Architectural Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our architectural projects and lead a team of architects and designers. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing design strategies, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality control throughout the design process.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop design strategies that align with client goals and project requirements
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design plans are being implemented correctly
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Review and approve all architectural drawings before submission to clients or authorities
- Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and techniques to enhance our designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
Salary: 1700$ per month.
