Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our growing team in Kolding. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers or those looking for their first job.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate meeting room
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones when needed
- Assisting with organizing company events and meetings
- Filing and organizing documents
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Managing incoming and outgoing mails
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1600$. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
Location:
This position is based in Kolding, Denmark. We are open to considering candidates of any nationality, but they must have a valid visa to work in Denmark.
