Barista - Coffee Shop in Riyadh


A well-established coffee shop in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. We are looking for a talented individual with a knack for making delicious coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and wants to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to customer preferences.
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following proper recipes, measurements, and presentation techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the espresso machine, grinders, and other equipment.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner, take orders, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Educate customers on our different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Upsell additional products or special offers to increase sales.
- Receive and process orders from online platforms such as Talabat or HungerStation.
- Follow health codes and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food & beverage industry is required.
- Good knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art skills are highly desirable.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Basic English language skills are required for communication with customers.

Salary:
900$ per month tax-free plus tips.
