Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya. This position requires a candidate with strong sales skills and experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing successful strategies to increase revenue.

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success in achieving sales goals.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You should also have a thorough understanding of the hotel industry, including market trends, competition, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel brand

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission based on performance. This position is open for Indian candidates who have experience working in English-speaking environments. Applicants must have their own visa to work in Herzliya.
