Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of a highly motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, and developing strategic sales plans. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$, open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and looking for job opportunities with visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure overall success of the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
- Participate in trade shows, events, and networking activities to promote the hotel's services
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure deals that are beneficial for both parties
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings when needed
