Seasonal Waiter/Waitress in Ar-Ruwais


We are hiring a seasonal waiter/waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Ar-Ruwais. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Collect payments from guests and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Follow all safety and health regulations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Great customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Tips are also distributed among staff based on performance.

Location:
The job is located in Ar-Ruwais, making it ideal for candidates living nearby or those with their own visa.
