Commercial Architect

We are hiring a skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure that designs are structurally sound and feasible
- Manage the construction process and make regular site visits to ensure that the project is being built according to specifications
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and equipment selections for the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and building codes to ensure compliance in designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working on commercial projects
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary: $900 per month
